Recruiting & Sourcing

• You identify and attract the best talent for our team, implementing creative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborating closely with department leads, you align on requirements for open positions and ensure a smooth candidate journey from the first contact to onboarding.
• Through your work, you actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand.
• You support the development and implementation of workforce plans to maintain an efficient organizational structure.

Administrative HR Tasks

• You handle the administrative management of employee data, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations.
• Your structured work in document and data management provides a reliable data foundation, supporting all HR processes.
• You support the People & Culture team in employee matters, making a critical contribution to the development of our People & Culture structures and MTR Legal.

Personio Management

• You leverage our HR software (Personio) to manage and document all recruiting and HR processes, helping optimize internal workflows.

Furthermore, you impress us with:

• Completed degree or certification in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Initial experience in human resources or the HR sector (a plus)
• Empathy and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Independence and a hands-on attitude
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
• Openness to digital work processes
• Affinity for working with new software
• Proficiency in using MS Office
